Extended School Program

The Extended School Program (ESP) focuses on the care and safety of our students for the ages of 4 through 14 years. ESP will be open for both mornings and evenings, school breaks, and offer a full summer program at Doak Elementary, Mosheim Elementary, and South Greene High School. Students are provided opportunities to participate in activities that are educationally enriching. A homework component is included for those needing assistance. Activities include art, music, drama, crafts, storytelling, recreation, and other creative components. The Extended School Program (ESP) is designed to meet the needs of children and is conducted by trained staff. This program is an extension of the child’s experiences at home and at school. It is a quality program with the working family in mind.

If you need before and/or after school care and you are interested in registering your child/ren for ESP, please pick up an application and return it with the annual $10.00 registration fee to ESP. You must turn in a completed application before your child may attend.

If you have questions regarding the program, you would like to have an application emailed to you, or you have any concerns, feel free to contact Rena Lawson, ESP Supervisor by calling 423-422-4061 ext. 9509 or emailing [email protected]
