Digital citizenship week is October 18-22, 2021. The digital world has become a part of our everyday life. Technology has made us both more efficient and more aware of the world around us. However, that type of access can be a detriment to our children. Each year GCS provides students with lessons from Common Sense Media to help them gain the skills necessary to engage in appropriate online behaviors. The topics include but are not limited to privacy & security, cyberbullying, and news & media literacy. These lessons help to meet both E-Rate and Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) requirements.
