Absentee Reporting at WGHS

 

  1. On West Greene's Home Page, click on the top buffalo in the left frame.  This links to the form.

 

 

                      1st Period                                                                 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Period

       

  1. Click in date box and type date.  Use this format à 4/25/01

Note:  For 2nd, 3rd, & 4th period please enter P2, P3, OR P4 after the date specifying period.  ­

 

  1. Select your name from teacher list

 

 

  1. If you do not have any students absent, leave the no button checked, scroll to bottom of page, enter password, and submit.

 

 

  1. If you do have students absent, check the yes button, type student/students name in the appropriate boxes and select the grade from the grade box.

 

 

  1. SKIP THE PORTION OF THE FORM FOR IN-SCHOOL SUSPENSION AND A/BIC.  This is for Office Use.  Sharon will supply the students’ names who are In-School and A/BIC.  Also skip Entry or Re-entry.

Note:  If a student is not in your classroom 1st period, report them absent even if you know they are in In-School or A/BIC.  They will be listed on the absentee list and as In-School or A/BIC.
