2010 ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

RULES AND APPLICATION FORM

Eligibility:

The Applicant Shall:

1. Possess a 3.2 or higher grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

2. Have a minimum score of 19 on the ACT.

3. Be a graduating senior at South Greene High School planning to pursue a degree or certification.

4. Plan to continue his/her education within 14 months after graduation from South Greene High School.

5. Date and complete application form. Place completed application form in a sealed envelope marked confidential and give to Barbara Cutshaw in the school office no later than April 13, 2010, 3:00 p.m.. There will be no extensions regarding this date and time limitation.

6. Application must attach a current high school transcript and at least two signed letters of recommendation (at least one teacher and one from outside the school – not relatives).

7. You may be asked to submit to a personal interview.
