 Technology Happenings 2007-2008
  • All computers at NGHS have been upgraded to Windows XP.
  • Most 15" monitors in the school have now been replaced with 17" monitors and several flat-panel monitors have been acquried.
  • All office personnel are now using flat-panel monitors.
  • Several new printers with network cards have been added to provide greater printing capability.
  • Microsoft Office 2007 has been installed on all teacher computers and Microsoft Outlook 2007 set up as the teacher email client.
  • Twenty-one new computers have been installed in the NGHS computer lab and the old computer lab computers have been placed in classrooms throughout the school.
  • Projectors and projector mounts have been added to the computer lab and to the math, agriculture, and the Family and Consumer Sciences classrooms.
  • The athletic department has acquired a new digital video camera.
  • The NGHS technology committee for 2007-2008  was selected.  Committee members for this year are as follows:
