Veteran's Day 2006
We honor your service.

Friday morning November 10th, we had our annual Mosheim community Veterans Day program.  We were honored to have several veterans in attendance.  Some were on the staff of our school.  Many wore their uniforms.  We were honored to have members of the local V.F.W. Colorguard as our guests.  The members of the Junior Beta Club of Mosheim Middle School performed the song "You're A Grand Ole Flag" and "Yankee Doodle Dandy."  Alex S., President of the club, gave a speech on "The History of Veteran's Day."  Breanna M. read a meaningful poem about our veterans.  The Middle School Band also played patriotic music.  Tammie Dean sang "God Bless America" and "The National Anthem."  Red and white carnations were given to the local veterans in attendance.  The ceremony concluded with all singing Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the U.S.A."
