Call Track Guide
1.
Open
Netscape Communicator (or any browser)
2.
Enter
the following address in the Location box or click on
the Link:
http://calltrax.greenek12.org OR 208.183.182.132
or use the button on totaltrac logon on menu bar of netscape
3.
When
program begins, it will ask for the following:
Username:
mcdonald
Password:
password
Please note that it is case sensitive
and must be in little letters.
Then click LOG ON.
4.
On
the left side, click on Enter Service Call.
5.
Type
in the complete control number in the box (located on the back top left
of each
item—computer, monitor, TV, etc.)
* don’t provide default.
Click No
6.
Click
on Next.
7.
Check
to see if the number brought up is the correct information about the item, then use the scroll bar on the
right side to scroll down.
8.
Click
on Next.
9.
Type
in the short description of the problem in the Short Description box.
10.
Type in a
detailed
description of the problem including measures you have already taken to
correct
the problem.
11.
On the right
side, scroll
down using the scroll bar.
12.
Click on the
circle to mark
the severity of the problem.
13.
Scroll on
down to the
Notification box.
14.
Click on the
check in the
box to remove it.
15.
Click on Complete.
16.
Click on LOG
OUT
located on the bottom left of the screen.
PLEASE BE SURE THAT STUDENTS DO NOT SEE THIS INFORMATION BECAUSE OF THE PASSWORD LISTED. This could cause a great deal of problems.
