be on file before a child can be enrolled in school for the first time:

Record (from Medical Provider; may not have at time of pre-registration, but
must be submitted before child can be enrolled in school)

of Social Security Card (school will Xerox)
Students Enrolled in Greene County Pre-K for 2007-2008
