The Early Learning Program (ELP) is a cooperative program between Greeneville City Schools and Greene County Schools working to identify children ages three through five who are eligible to receive Special Education.  

 

E.L.P. provides early intervention for children with an identified disability.  Services include:  speech, language, hearing, vision, and special education.  Transition from Early Intervention Services are offered, as well as, transition into Kindergarten when child becomes eligible.

 

Several related services such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy are also provided.   E.L.P. accepts referrals from physicians, public service agencies, hospitals, parents, teachers, and/or concerned individuals.
