The DeBusk’s Lady Braves, unbeaten for the season, won their second straight Greene County Elementary Basketball Championship Monday night,  February 7, 2005.  They beat their old rival Nolachuckey 62-33 before a packed crowd at West Greene High School.  The DeBusk Boys received second place after losing to Nolachuckey 48-40.  Both teams are coached by Marcey Compton.  (Photos were taken by Earl Keith.)  Click here to read the complete articlewhich appeared in the Greeneville Sun.
