We have installed a fully automated
communication solution designed to keep parents in touch every day.
Parents can use staff voicemail to leave messages for teachers, to report
absences, and to hear teachers' greetings and messages.
To report absences, please do
the following before 8:30 a.m. on the day of the absence. You can
call the evening before, during the night, or that morning.

After hearing the greeting message,
enter the 4-digit mailbox number for the office - #1100.

Record your message. Be sure
to give your name, your child's name, teacher's name, and reason for the
absence.
You can also hear greeting messages
from your child's teachers and/or leave them messages in their voice mailboxes.
Teachers will give their mailbox numbers to their students.
