THEATER PRESENTS LIVE THEATER: Students in grades K-3 enjoyed "Ferdinand
the Bull", a musical rendition of the book Ferdinand the Bull by Munro
Leaf. Students in grades 4-8 were enthralled by the Barter Players
rendition of the "Odyssey", a mythical adventure with monsters, storms,
shipwrecks- obstacles at every turn. The goddess Athena tells the story
of brave Odysseus, who began his journey home to Athens and his wife Penelope
after ten years of war in Troy. Before and after the performances,
students had the opportunity to talk with the actors.
