Installing from the Server

1)On the server in the share folder, create a folder to hold Office 2007 install files.

2)Copy contents of cd to this folder.

3)Open up notepad.

4)Type Office XP “key” (including dashes) into notepad and save this file as “Key” to the same folder on the server.Now you are ready to install.

5)From a workstation, open up windows explorer and navigate to the folder that you created in the share folder.

6)Open up the “Key” document. Highlight the key and copy using the “Control”+”c”. Now close this file.

7)Double click on the setup icon. 

8)When prompted to give the key, paste using the “Control”+”v”.

9)Click to accept the Microsoft Software License Terms

10)Choose to do a “CUSTOM” install.

11)At the top of the diagram, click on the Microsoft Office drop down menu.

12)Choose the option to “Run all from My Computer” and install.
