GENERATE TESTS FROM FILES

Type 4 and press ENTER to generate tests.  This option sends the tests to the printer and lets you choose several options which include:

1. Single sheets or multiple sheets
2. Randomly mix questions
3. Randomly mix answers
4. Number of tests

Note:  You can print several different versions of the same test along with answer sheets.  

DELETE FILES

Type 5 and press ENTER to Delete files.  Do not confuse this with deleting questions from a file.  Use the arrow keys to select the file you wish to delete and press ENTER.  When you delete a file, all questions in this file are erased.

CONVERT FILE TO A TEXT FILE

Type 6 to convert a file to a text file.  This enables you to open the file with a word processing program.  You can also use NOTEPAD  to do this.

SOUND CONTROL

Type 7 and press ENTER to go to sound control.  You  can turn the sound on or off.
