Memory installation and software installation.  Migration from Netscape Mail to Outlook.

Ultra VNC connections and Microsoft Terminal Services will be used for remote assistance from the Tech Department. 

Zenworks will provide automated inventory, computer updates, remote assistance, etc.  This software has been purchased and will be deployed ASAP.

A local server will be used to provide Microsoft Updates at LAN speeds. 

Bill is available for online and phone assistance with computer and other tech problems.  CallTrax requests will be assigned to Bob and Cole so that they can make onsite visits.
