GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. To provide an opportunity for schools and teachers to welcome parents in an unintimidating atmosphere.
2. To provide an occasion where parents and community members might see educators in a relaxed setting
3. To provide community organizations and firms a forum to present and explain services and opportunities available to local families and children
4. To foster a sense of unity and a spirit of cooperation between city and count school systems and their students and staff members
5. To offer opportunities  for artistic performances by school and community groups
6. To offer a quality event with no cost to exhibitors and no charge of admission to visitors
