Greek Mythology: A Collection of Original Myths

Students in grades 3 - 5 were inspired to write an original Greek myth.

A Collection of Short Stories

Students in grades 6 - 8 wrote an original short story from the point of view of an animal.  The stories were inspired by Jack London's novel, The Call of the Wild.

Original Poetry Inspired by Alaska

Students in grades 3 - 5 have been dreaming about snow days, totems, and northern lights!

Bats, Bats, Bats: A Collection of Short Stories

Students in grades 3 - 5 wrote a fictional tale from a bat's point of view.

Students in grades 1 - 3 collaborated to write this non-fiction book about the world's oceans.

Students in grades 6-8 put together this public service announcement to inform and encourage their school and home communities to reduce energy

Students combined their knowledge of Mars and their dream of playing in a low gravity environment to create a video commercial to entice others to see it their way.

CSI: Greene County

Students explored crime scene investigation and used their skills to solve a mock crime at the Center for Technology.

Medieval Banquet

Students in grades 3-5 hosted a Medieval Banquet that included an authentic feast (No forks at this banquet!) and performances that transported guests back to The Age of Chivalry.

Roller Coaster Physics

Students hit the road to gather motion data and learn about roller coaster design.  Our amazing trip to Dollywood was sponsored by the Niswonger Foundation, and this video was our way of saying, "thanks!".

Dissecting a Sheep's Brain
